Pharmaceutical company Organic Flower Investments Group SOW QILFF has formed a special committee to analyze profitable investments in the psychedelics space.
This is part of an R&D effort for medicine and biotech.
The committee will focus on analyzing potential investments in these fields and initiating a series of investigations to reach results that generate a positive return on capital.
Among the expected investigations are the search for new drugs, pre-clinical studies and clinical trials, and the development of platforms for the analysis and data collection of the effect of psychedelics on the body.
In addition to this announcement, it was also affirmed that Joel Dumaresq resigned as director of OFIG, maintaining its position as CEO and interim CFO of Organic Flower Investment Group.
The company appointed Joe Perino, former professor Coordinator of the Police Foundations Program, as his replacement.
Perino has 40 years of experience with the Toronto Police Service.
