Exclusive: Fyllo Names Grassroots Co-Founder Mitch Kahn Chairman Of The Board

Compliance technology platform Fyllo is appointing board member Mitchell Kahn chairman.

Kahn is the co-founder of Grassroots Cannabis, one of the largest privately held, vertically-integrated multi-state cannabis operators in the U.S. He has extensive experience dealing with the regulatory complexities that go hand-in-hand with managing a high-performing organization in a highly-regulated industry.

Kahn has been working alongside the team at Fyllo to create long-term value and extraordinary growth for the company since he first joined the board in November 2019.

“This is an exciting time for the industry, with tremendous growth on the horizon. I am honored to be appointed Chairman of the Board and help further Fyllo’s mission to level the playing field for cannabis companies through innovative data and compliance solutions,” Kahn told Benzinga.

Fyllo CEO Chad Bronstein called Kahn an "incredible partner and advisor."

"His experience building and growing companies provides us with invaluable perspective as we scale Fyllo’s capabilities in cannabis and other highly regulated industries," Bronstein added.
