Basic Energy Services Completes Acquisition of Maverick Companies; Anticipates Immediate Boost to Earnings

Basic Energy Services, Inc. BAS announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the outstanding equity interests of the Maverick group of companies for a total cash consideration of $180.0 million, net of working capital acquired.
