MEDH announced the Board of Directors
has appointed Roger L. (Vern) Davenport as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Davenport assumes the
positions held by Bob Aquilina, Chairman, and Peter Masanotti, Chief Executive
Officer.
