Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners, July 11th (UPV, EDC, FAS, BAL)

ProShares Ultra MSCI Europe UPV led the decliners among the ETFs on Monday, with a loss of 9.96%. UPV was hurt by debt problems in euro zone. Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3x Shares(ETF) EDC lost 8.23%, and closed at $35.47 as Itau Unibanco Holding SA (ADR) ITUB dropped 5.59%. Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares(ETF) FAS traded 7.65% lower today as Citigroup Inc. C fell 5.33%, and closed at $39.79. iPath Dow Jones-UBS Cotton Subindex Total Return ETN BAL fell 6.86% as cotton futures traded lower. BAL closed at $65.88, and it had a volume of 101K traded shares.
