BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. Announces Final Approval of Settlement Agreement

BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. BBX announced today that Judge Ursula Ungaro has granted final approval of the settlement that was reached in the shareholder derivative action that was filed against certain of the Company's directors and executive officers in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Pursuant to the terms of the settlement agreement, the parties have exchanged releases and neither the individual defendants nor the Company will make any monetary payments.
