Fuel Tech FTEK today announced receipt of a commercial FUEL CHEM order from a domestic electric utility. Fuel Tech's proprietary TIFI® Targeted In-Furnace Injection™ technology will be installed on two small coal-fired boilers to reduce problems caused by the formation of sulfur trioxide (SO3). Chemical injection is scheduled to commence in this quarter.
