Jacobs Wins Major Contract From URENCO in UK

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. JEC announced today that it has been awarded a contract by URENCO ChemPlants Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of URENCO Ltd, for project management, design engineering, procurement, construction management and inactive commissioning associated with a new tails management facility at URENCO's Capenhurst site in north-west England, United Kingdom. This is a major nuclear/chemical development for URENCO in the UK. Officials did not disclose the contract value.
