AdCare Health Systems Sees No Meaningful Medicare Revenue Impact From CMS 2012 Rate Changes

AdCare Health Systems, Inc. ADK has determined that after reviewing the final rule on Prospective Payment System and Consolidated Billing for Skilled Nursing Facilities for FY2012 as issued by The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on July 29, 2011, it will not be meaningful to AdCare's 2012 Medicare revenue as compared to 2011 Medicare revenue given the company's operating and acquisition strategy.
