Dillard's July Comparable Store Sales up 9%

Dillard's, Inc. DDS announced today that merchandise sales for the four weeks ended July 30, 2011 were $458,493,000 compared to sales for the four weeks ended July 31, 2010 of $425,150,000. Total sales increased 8%. Comparable store sales increased 9% for the four weeks ended July 30, 2011. Sales for the 13 weeks ended July 30, 2011 were $1,424,621,000 compared to sales for the 13 weeks ended July 31, 2010 of $1,358,089,000. Total sales increased 5%. Comparable store sales increased 6% for the 13 weeks ended July 30, 2011. Sales for the 26 weeks ended July 30, 2011 were $2,885,461,000 compared to sales for the 26 weeks ended July 31, 2010 of $2,790,471,000. Total sales increased 3%. Comparable store sales increased 4% for the 26 weeks ended July 30, 2011.
