Operating Systems Solutions is suing Apple

over patent RE840,092, entitled 'Method for Quickly Booting a Computer System'. Operating Systems Solutions has accused Apple of violating the patent used in its Mac products running the Mac OS X operating system, specifically, MacBook Pro. OSS is seeking lost profits and damages from Apple.
