New Cannabis Products: Live Resin Edibles, Infused Olive Oil, High Dose CBD Beverages

As the cannabis market expands, it's difficult to keep track of the many products that launch every week. Benzinga put together a short list of some of the most interesting new cannabis products.

Kiva’s Live Resin Edibles

Kiva Confections unveiled Lost Farm, an edibles brand made with strain-specific live resin. Vastly different from the current low-dose family of Kiva products, Lost Farm is specifically geared towards experienced cannabis consumers, offering the kind of full-sensory cannabis experience usually available only to smokers.

Inspired by mythical quests for fabled realms like the Fountain of Youth and the Kingdom of Atlantis, Lost Farm isn’t a place; it’s a conviction that propels rare seekers on an endless drive for perfection, management explained.

Lost Farm’s debut collection of products features three fruit gummy flavors, with fruit chew flavors launching later this year. Both chews and gummies include 10 mg of THC per serving.

“We created Lost Farm to bring the full-sensory cannabis experience, which historically has only been available in inhalable formats, to experienced cannabis consumers with the first-ever premium, cannabis-infused edibles made with strain-specific, 100% live resin. Kiva has spent the last 10 years bringing innovative edible products to cannabis enthusiasts across the country. We believe Lost Farm is our best innovation yet and is the culmination of our journey to bring the incredible nuances of cannabis to an edible, capturing the intricacies of each cannabis strain’s unique flavors and effects,” said Lost Farm and Kiva CEO and co-founder Scott Palmer.

Infused Olive Oil

Aster Farms partnered with premium pantry goods company Potli for a special holiday drop: Aster Farms x Potli Cannabis Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

“Every year for the last 10 years, we harvest together at the farm in Lake County as a family and it's like a family reunion,” Sam Campodonico-Ludwig, president of Aster Farms, told Benzinga. “The olive farm was inspired by a family member's trip to Tuscany and their desire to offer a similar style of olive oil here in Northern California. We’re bringing our two loves together and building this tasty product with Potli. We hope you and your family can enjoy it together.”

Home to both Aster Farms cannabis and Campodonico olives, this limited edition EVOO is an ode to Lake County California’s unique terroir. At 1300 feet in elevation, across nine-and-a-half acres of volcanic Lacustrine soils, every bottle was harvested with intention using an olive oil blend from Campodonico organic farm and other Lake County olive farms.

Sweet Reason's Evening Blend

Sweet Reason launched its Evening Blend, a collection of high dose CBD sparkling beverages created for the nights when you need to take the edge off naturally. The line contains a powerful combination of calming herbs, adaptogens, and 30 milligrams of broad spectrum hemp CBD, making it one of the highest dosed CBD beverages on the market.

“Life is all about balance. We saw ourselves reaching for a way to unwind at night that didn’t involve alcohol. We figured there had to be a better, cleaner way that didn’t just taste great, but also took the edge off. Our Evening Blend is an all-natural alcohol alternative with calm and well-being at the forefront. What we describe as the unwind, redefined,” said Hilary McCain, founder and CEO of Sweet Reason.
