JetBlue Airways July Traffic up 11.1% YoY

JetBlue Airways Corporation JBLU reported its preliminary traffic results for July 2011. Traffic in July increased 11.1 percent from July 2010, on a capacity increase of 11.6 percent. Load factor for July 2011 was 85.9 percent, a decrease of 0.3 points from July 2010. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.4 percent and its on-time performance was 74.1 percent. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of July increased five percent year over year.
