Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and License Agreement with Baltic Latvian Universal Electronics

announced today that its Adjustacam, LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Baltic Latvian Universal Electronics, LLC. The settlement and license agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
