Nordson Corporation Increases Dividend by 19% to $0.125

Nordson Corporation NDSN today announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.125 per common share from $0.105, an increase of 19 percent. The dividend is payable on September 13, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 30, 2011.
