Sun Life Financial Announces $300M Offering of Senior Unsecured Debentures

Sun Life Financial Inc. SLF announced today that it intends to issue in Canada up to $300 million principal amount of Series E Senior Unsecured 4.57% Debentures due 2021. The offering is expected to close on August 23, 2011 and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including investments in subsidiaries.
