Cellcom Israel Announces Change in the Board of Directors

Cellcom Israel Ltd. CEL earlier announced today it has received the resignation from office of Mr. Isaac Manor, a member of the Company's board of directors who had been appointed by Discount Investment Corporation Ltd., or DIC, and DIC's notification appointing Mr. Assaf Topaz in his place. Both the resignation and the appointment are effective as of August 28, 2011.
