LMP Capital and Income Fund Inc. SCD today announced that the Fund's tender offer for up to 1,048,744 shares of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock, representing approximately 5% of the Fund's outstanding shares, expired on September 30, 2011, at 5:00 p.m., New York City time.
