Multiband Expects Record Third Quarter 2011 Revenue and EBITDA

Multiband Corporation, MBND, today announced that, based on a preliminary financial review, it expects third quarter 2011 EBITDA for the period ended September 30, 2011, will exceed previously announced guidance. The Company also anticipates reporting stronger than expected revenue results driven by increased leverage in its business model. Multiband expects to report overall financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011 and hold a conference call to discuss the third quarter by November 15, 2011.
