Auddia Appoints Brian Hoff As Finance Chief

Software company Auddia Inc AUUD announced the appointment of Brian Hoff as the CFO. Hoff succeeds Rick Liebman, who will remain in a transitory role till Apr. 30, 2021.
Hoff had previously served as VP of STACK Infrastructure.
Auddia had recently closed its $16.5 million upsized initial public offering (IPO).
Price action: AUUD shares were flat at $2.82 on the last check Wednesday.
