Investec Reports Drop In Adjusted Pretax Profit

Investec PLC ITCFY reported a drop in its adjusted pretax profit for the first fiscal half. Investec's adjusted pretax profit for the period fell to GBP223.6 million, from GBP228.2 million. Its bad loans climbed to GBP143.3 million from GBP122.9 million.
