Android Market Tops 10 Billion App Downloads, Adds 1 Billion Every Month

), the Android Market has exceeded 10 billion app downloads. Better still, the company's growth rate has soared to one billion app downloads per month. For those of you who are keeping score, Apple sold its

last summer.

To celebrate Google's milestone, the company will offer several apps at just $0.10 apiece for the next 10 days. The starting lineup includes:
