Groupon Inc Common Stock GRPN shares are trading lower by 12% at $31.38 Friday afternoon, reversing after the stock spiked following the company's second-quarter earnings results.
Groupon reported quarterly earnings of 33 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of a loss of 3 cents per share. Groupon also reported quarterly sales of $265.96 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $242.47 million.
