According to Dahlman Rose, JetBlue Airways JBLU is downgraded to Sell.
Dahlman Rose said that JetBlue is trading at a premium to its direct peers (Southwest and Alaska Air Group), despite being less profitable. “We are downgrading JetBlue to Sell from Hold with a price target of $4.50, which is 13x our preliminary 2012 EPS estimate of $0.35/per share (our previous 2012 estimate was $0.45).”
Jetblue Airways closed on Friday at $5.49.
