ST Engineering Unit To Acquire Nera Telecom For $141M

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd

reported that its unit Singapore Technologies Electronics will buy Nera Telecommunications Ltd for S$141 million. Nera shareholders will receive an aggregate cash amount of S$0.45 per share.
