Spain's Gas Natural Posts 10% Rise In 2011 Net Profit

Spain's Gas Natural SDG SA GASNY posted a 10% rise in its full-year 2011 net profit. Gas Natural's net profit for the period rose to EUR1.33 billion, versus EUR1.2 billion, in the year-ago period. Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose 3.8% to EUR4.65 billion. Gas Natural's revenue climbed 7.4% to EUR21.1 billion from EUR19.63 billion.
