Glimcher Realty Trust Announces Pricing of 20 Million Common Shares at $9.90/Share

Glimcher Realty Trust GRT, announced today the pricing of 20,000,000 common shares at a price of $9.90 per share pursuant to its effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Goldman, Sachs & Co., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as the joint bookrunning managers for the offering and The Huntington Investment Company, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Piper Jaffray, PNC Capital Markets LLC and Raymond James acted as co-managers for the offering. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 common shares.
