Airline ratings rise, costs too

Service in the sky improved last year, including more on-time flights and fewer pieces of baggage misplaced. Costs rose too, led by fuel, and resulted in higher ticket prices. Southwest's (LUV) AirTran unit, Hawaiian (HA) and JetBlue (JBLU) had the best ratings. Meanwhile, regional carrier Pinnacle on Sun. night filed for bankruptcy protection. Southwest and Hawaiian both rose 0.2%.
