Limited Brands Posts Upbeat March Same-Store Sales

Limited Brands Inc LTD reported an 8% rise in its same-store sales for the five weeks ended March 31. However, analysts were expecting same-store sales to rise 4.4%. Its total sales dropped to $840.9 million, from $863 million. LTD shares closed at $48.69 yesterday.
