Verbund Posts Rise In Q1 Earnings

Verbund AG OEZVY reported a rise in its earnings in the first quarter. Verbund's quarterly operating income surged 22% to EUR263.6 million. The group's after tax profit gained 10% y/y to EUR119.5 million. Its revenue climbed to EUR837.8 million from EUR706.5 million.
