Northeast Bancorp Announces Pricing of 6.25M Share Stock Offering at $8.00

Northeast Bancorp NBN, a Maine-based full-service financial services company and parent of Northeast Bank, today announced that it has priced its public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share.
