Carrier Global Q1 Results Surpass Street Expectation, Reaffirms FY22 Guidance

  • Carrier Global Corp CARR reported a first-quarter FY22 net sales decline of 1% year-over-year to $4.65 billion, driven by the Chubb divestiture, +10% on an organic basis, beating the consensus of $4.52 billion.
  • Sales by segments: HVAC $2.97 billion (+19.5% Y/Y), Refrigeration $976 million (-2.9% Y/Y), and Fire & Security $818 million (-37.3% Y/Y).
