Linde AG LNAGF agreed to buy Lincare Holdings for $4.6 billion. Ampio Pharmaceuticals AMPE surged 17.52% to $5.9699. Ampio reported that it is proceeding with the development plan for a combination product to treat both premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED).
