Bunzl PLC BZLFY reported that it has bought MMH Holding AG and its subsidiaries from Markus Meier, Daniel Meier and Reto Hofmann.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bunzl shares gained 1.24% to close at $84.10 yesterday.
