Mad Money Lightning Round: HUN Has Gone From Good To Better To Great, Says Jim (HUN, KERX, PALM, AMZN, AAPL, ASH, WIN, SNV, JDSU)

In his "Mad Money Lightning Round" on Monday, Jim Cramer said that Huntsman HUN should be bought as the company has improved tremendously. HUN was up 1.675 to $10.95 in after-hours trading. Cramer considered Keryx Biopharmaceutical KERX to be a ‘speculative play.’ Although he recommended the stock, he has also put a word of caution. KERX traded at $5.72, up 0.35% in the after-hours session. Jim strongly recommended selling Palm PALM, as he believes it’s time to dispose off the stock. PALM slid 0.35% to $5.67 in after hours. For Amazon.com AMZN, Cramer has the view that the stock has been ‘beaten down beyond recognition,’ and he advised traders to opt for Apple AAPL instead. AMZN slipped 0.03% to $131.25 in the after-hours session and AAPL closed at $253.99 yesterday, up 7.69%. Cramer called Ashland ASH a ‘terrific company’ and acknowledged missing it completely earlier. ASH traded at $57.25, up 0.05% during after hours. Jim advised purchase of Windstream WIN. Shares of WIN climbed 1.69% to $10.84 in the after-hours. According to Cramer, Synovus Financial SNV has become a very good buy, especially after the company issued its secondary offering. SNV closed at $2.99 after climbing 7.55% yesterday. Cramer says that the extensive sell-off seen in JDS Uniphase JDSU shares was unjustified. Although the company did not post very impressive results for the latest quarter, Jim continued to believe in the stock. JDSU rose by 0.60% to $11.75 in the after-hours trading.
