Competition, Cannabis & Antitrust Law: A Conversation With Attorney Michael Hausfeld And MarketWatch's Steve Gelsi

Join the Council for Federal Cannabis Regulation and US Cannabis Council for an intimate conversation with Michael Hausfeld and Steve Gelsi about what every cannabis executive should know about antitrust law in our current environment of consolidation, including how to identify, and avoid, anticompetitive practices.

Register here for the June 23rd conversation.

Michael Hausfeld is widely recognized for his leadership on competition matters. His distinguished legal career includes some of the largest and most successful class action suits in the fields of human rights, discrimination and antitrust law. He lives in Washington, DC.

Steve Gelsi, a senior financial reporter at MarketWatch, started writing about cannabis in the early 1990s—as a freelancer for High Times—when few professional journalists were doing so. He continued to contribute to High Times while working in a variety of roles. He rejoined MarketWatch in 2021 and lives in Montclair, NJ.

We hope you will be able to join us on June 23rd. We will be sure to leave time for audience questions. Please register here. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jordana Taylor at jtaylor@uscannabiscouncil.org.
