The International Trade Commission has agreed to investigate Apple’s AAPL complaints against Eastman Kodak EK. Apple (AAPL) has accused Eastman Kodak (EK) of infringing upon its patents. The company had filed this complaint in April of this year. The complaint lists two patents, which Apple claims Kodak has used for making some of its cameras. These cameras belong to the Kodak Z series, M series, and C series. In addition to these, Kodak SLICE, Kodak Playsport and other video cameras will also be investigated.
