Con-way Prices Secondary Offering

Con-way CNW, the California-based trucking firm, said it will sell 4.3 million shares at $35 each, 23 cents below where the shares closed on Thursday. The company expects net proceeds of $143.7 million assuming underwriters don't purchase additional shares.
