Netlist Settles Suit With Texas Instruments

Netlist NLST, the maker of memory subsystems for the server, computing, and communication markets, has settled a breach of contract lawsuit against Texas Instruments TXN. Netlist said the settlement resolves a dispute on the use of proprietary memory modules and other technology, according to Barron's. Financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
