Unisys UIS announced
today that it has been awarded a task order by the U.S. Department of Homeland
Security (DHS) Targeting and Analysis Systems Program Office (TASPO) to
develop, operate and manage systems used for risk assessments of people and
cargo entering the U.S. on a daily basis.
This cost-plus-fixed-fee task order, awarded under the U.S. General Services
Administration's Alliant government-wide acquisition contract, is worth up to
an estimated $504 million over five years. It has a one-year base period and
four one-year option periods. All options are exercisable at the discretion of
the government.
This task order continues and expands on the work Unisys has performed for
TASPO and its predecessor organizations for the past 15 years.
