This New Brand Of Vodka Wants You To Want It

If you’re looking for a spirit to rock your taste buds and add star power to your investment portfolio, ROCK’N Vodka could do the trick.

Belvidere, Illinois-based ROCK’N Vodka is an award-winning brand co-owned by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame legend Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick that’s being sold in restaurants, bars and retail stores throughout the United States and Canada.

ROCK’N Vodka is made from 100%, non-GMO and gluten-free sugarcane, giving it a smooth, distinctive taste that’s easy to sip on the rocks, add to a drink or use when cooking. It’s distilled four times, with no sugar added after distillation.

World events and changing consumer habits put ROCK’N Vodka in a position to grow.

With the war in Ukraine raging on, ROCK’N Vodka is in a good position to meet Americans’ demand for alternatives to Russian Vodka.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, consumers’ drinking habits shifted from drinking at bars and restaurants to consuming alcoholic beverages at home, according to Grand View Research.

Preliminary government tax receipt data indicates alcohol sales in Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States increased by 3% to 5% in 2020 compared to 2019.

And though restaurants and bars saw a slump in alcohol sales, online platforms enjoyed notable increases in sales. In the U.S. alone, sales of alcohol grew by as much as 234%, according to data published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

The global vodka market is valued at $37.18 billion and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 5.5% through 2028, according to the Grand View Research Report.

Rock’n Sales

ROCK’N Vodka reported a 1,259.7% increase in case sales between 2020 and 2021 as COVID-19 impacted the amount of alcohol people drink and where they consume it.

ROCK’N Vodka is now sold in Washington, California, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, Florida, British Columbia and Alberta, but it’s working on getting approvals for many other states.

The company has a noncompete clause in Illinois with Breakthru Beverage, one of the largest distributors in the U.S., and is experiencing a 37% reorder rate through the distributor.

The company also has partnerships with large retailers such as Walmart Inc. WMT, Target Corp. TGT, Total Wine & More, The Kroger Co. KR, Mariano’s, Schnucks, Twin Liquors and Spec’s Wine Spirits & Finer Foods.

ROCK’N Vodka is working on raising $1.07 million through a StartEngine crowdfunding campaign. So far, it’s raised $664,747 from 455 investors. The minimum investment is $300.
