Cypress Semiconductor Corp. CY and Tokyo Electron Device Limited
(TED) today announced an agreement whereby TED will become a distribution
partner of Cypress. The agreement, effective October 8, 2012, includes the

proliferation of programmable devices in numerous segments, including
industrial, medical, and energy. Earlier this year, TED and Cypress jointly
developed a USB 3.0 device interface card under the inrevium brand.
