No End To Elon Musk's Chaotic Twitter Ride? Platform's 'Download Archive Feature Is Broken'

While researchers are urging Twitter users to archive content, the download archive feature has apparently stopped working. 

What Happened: On Friday, Matt Navarra, a social media analyst, took to Twitter and said that the download archive feature is not working. 

Twitter's Download Archive feature is broken.

The number of Twitter users archiving content has increased significantly over the past few weeks. Caroline Sinders, an artificial intelligence researcher and fellow with the U.K.'s Information Commissioner's Office, is among those urging users to archive content as soon as possible, reported The Guardian.

Why It's Important: Since Elon Musk took over Twitter, the microblogging site has become a hotbed of verified but fake accounts, and tons of chaos. 

Musk has consistently devised new and dynamic ways to revamp Twitter, but most changes are yet to sit well with netizens. 

After Musk's ultimatum triggered a mass exodus, the new Twitter owner seemed unruffled and even tweeted that the platform hit an all-time high in usage.
