  • Inter & Co, Inc. INTR dropped 17.7% to $1.9501.
  • Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. TUSK fell 17.3% to $7.15.
  • Valens Semiconductor Ltd. VLN declined 17% to $4.4800.
  • PDS Biotechnology Corporation PDSB fell 15.3% to $11.18. PDS Biotech announced exclusive global license agreement for investigational IL-12 tumor-targeted cytokine from Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.
  • Arqit Quantum Inc. ARQQ dropped 11.9% to $3.18.
  • Verona Pharma plc VRNA declined 11.1% to $23.22.
  • Pulmonx Corporation LUNG fell 11% to $7.50. B of A Securities downgraded Pulmonx from Neutral to Underperform and announced an $8 price target.
  • Natura &Co Holding S.A. NTCO dropped 10.6% to $3.87.
  • Korea Electric Power Corporation KEP shares fell 10.4% to $7.74.
  • Tesla, Inc. TSLA fell 10.3% to $110.54 after the company reported fourth-quarter deliveries that came in below market estimates. The company delivered more than 405,278 cars in the fourth quarter, and produced over 439,000. This represented a 31.33% year-over-year rise and a 17.87% sequential growth. The consensus estimate for Q4 deliveries compiled by Tesla’s investor relations was 417,957 units.
  • Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras PBR fell 9.2% to $9.68.
  • Tidewater Inc. TDW declined 8.6% to $33.62.
  • Cano Health, Inc. CANO dropped 8.3% to $1.2550.
  • Nu Holdings Ltd. NU fell 8.2% to $3.7392.
  • Olink Holding AB (publ) OLK fell 8% to $23.34.
  • Enviva Inc. EVA dropped 7.4% to $49.04.
