Lulu's Fashion Lounge Holdings, Inc. LVLU reported a wider-than-expected loss for its fourth quarter.
Lulu's Lounge posted quarterly loss of $0.14 per share, versus analysts’ estimates for a loss of $0.11 per share. The company’s sales came in at $90.96 million, topping market estimates of $81.99 million.
Lulu's said it sees FY23 net revenue of $410 million to $430 million, versus expectations of $459.57 million.
Lulu's shares gained 7.1% to trade at $2.25 on Wednesday.
These analysts made changes to their price targets on Lulu's following the release of results.
- Telsey Advisory Group cut the price target on Lulu's from $9 to $5. Telsey Advisory Group analyst Dana Telsey maintained an Outperform rating.
- BTIG slashed the price target on Lulu's from $5 to $4. BTIG analyst Janine Stichter maintained a Buy rating.
- Goldman Sachs cut the price target on the stock from $5 to $4.3. Goldman Sachs analyst Brooke Roach maintained Lulus with a Buy.
