RCM Technologies Inc RCMT climbed 37.14% to $4.80 by 11:20 am. The enterprise business solutions company has rejected CDI Corp’s CDI offer to buy all outstanding shares of RCMT at $5.20 per share in cash. OMNI Energy Services Corp OMNI soared 26.42% to $2.68 after it has given its consent to be bought by an affiliate of Wellspring Capital Management. All outstanding shares of OMNI will be bought by the private equity firm’s affiliate for $2.75 per share, representing a 35% premium to yesterday’s closing price. ProPhase Labs Inc PRPH jumped 21.71% to $1.85. PRPH’s December quarter earnings were 1500% higher than anticipated. Navarre Corp NAVR shares advanced 19.13% to $2.18. The multimedia products company today reported a Q4 adjusted profit of $0.07 a share on revenue of $138.3 million, beating the consensus for $0.04 per share of earnings on sales of $120.6 million.
