Germany posted a narrower trade surplus in October.
The country's imports climbed 2.5% in October, while exports rose 0.3%, according to data from the Federal Statistics Office. However, economists were expecting a 0.5% drop.
German seasonally-adjusted trade surplus declined to 15.2 billion euros, versus 16.9 billion in September.
