- V2X Inc VVX has secured a $440 million contract from the U.S. Navy to provide aircraft maintenance support.
- The contract has a seven-year award period and will end in March 2030.
- The support will be for Naval Test Wing Pacific (NTWP) VX-30 and VX-31 at Point Mugu, California, and China Lake, California.
- Under the contract, V2X, under its legacy company Vertex, will provide flight line maintenance, logistics, and technical support for the two weapons development and test squadrons.
- "V2X is honored to be selected to support the critical test and evaluation activities performed at Naval Test Wing Pacific," said CEO Chuck Prow.
- V2X delivers integrated solutions across the operations and logistics, aerospace, training, and technology markets to national security, defense, civilian and international clients.
- Price Action: VVX shares closed lower by 2.26% at $39.29 on Tuesday.
