New Brand Debuts At Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference: IMPACT's 'Organizational Health' Platform For Profitability

IMPACT, a market leader in cannabis business improvement assessment, education and corrective action rolled out its new brand at the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference in Miami FL on Tuesday.

“We are honored and excited to use the Benzinga stage to introduce our expanded relational and recurring platform of ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH to our industry at a time when such a combination is most needed to create newfound sources of profitability,” said Rocco Petrilli, CEO.

Empowering Cannabis Businesses To Thrive

IMPACT aims to transform the cannabis industry by helping businesses move from survival to thriving.

The new and broader range of services is provided by National Cannabis Risk Prevention Services (NCRPS) and its subsidiary, the National Cannabis Risk Management Association (NCRMA).

According to Petrilli, “The early years of our business were spent understanding the challenges of the cannabis industry and building the team and proprietary and effective toolset designed to work with the market’s existing talent to ensure its sustainability."

In February, the company demonstrated its dedication to the cannabis industry by appointing Rob Williams as president and managing partner. With a wealth of experience in agricultural science, distribution and all aspects of cannabis production, he also brings expertise in organizational and business development, marketing, sales, operational excellence, and risk management.

Impact Performance Platform, IP2

IMPACT now offers the industry a leading enterprise-wide organizational health process titled IP2 (Impact Performance Program).

The newly branded IMPACT expands beyond innovative risk management in cannabis to improve supply chain cost structures, increase employee accuracy and retention, enhance workplace safety, and ensure product quality and biosecurity for sustained industry growth.

Williams emphasized the need for cannabis businesses to move away from outdated and inefficient practices and adopt new strategies to remain competitive. He stressed the importance of the Impact Performance Platform in providing a clear and efficient path to improved financial performance and long-term success.

Outputs of IP2: The Impact Performance Program generates health scores for businesses by analyzing their current practices against established best-in-class practices. These scores are presented in a report that includes a gap analysis and customized corrective actions.

Clients are provided with a customized education syllabus based on their criticality to business operations, cost control and continuous improvement objectives.

“The source of the prominent industry education comes from IMPACT team members, the NCRM Academy virtual offerings, and a growing list of strategic partners who represent the core of the cannabis industry's subject matter expertise,” concluded the release.
