Real estate investment platform RealtyMogul opened the pledging window for an equity investment offering in the ground-up development of a mixed-use building in Miami’s growing Wynwood neighborhood.
The Mohawk at Wynwood site was purchased in the first phase of the development project. The construction phase being opened to investors will become a Class A, 259-unit mixed-use building with 12 stories of multifamily housing and nearly 30,000 square feet of prime ground-floor retail space.
Construction is expected to begin in August with an estimated completion date of November 2025. The project’s amenities include a movie theater, indoor and outdoor parks, a two-story residents’ lounge, an indoor and outdoor fitness facility and a rooftop pool deck.
The property is optimally located in an area that is bordered by Midtown Miami, Wynwood and the Design District. The Wynwood neighborhood is known as Miami’s arts and creative business center, attracting more than 4 million annual visitors. Surrounding the Mohawk development is high-end retail shopping, many bar and dining options and more than 70 art galleries.
RealtyMogul will host a live webinar for the Mohawk at Wynwood Phase II investment offering at 1 p.m. EST on April 19.
